DIY Easter Egg Tray, Stamped Ribbon and Crochet Eggs

I wanted to give my boys something we can use every year and I just love those crochet eggs from Tara Murray at Easy Makes Me Happy. I have purchased a viking hat pattern from her last year and she makes it so easy. I gave her FREE egg crochet tutorial and they turned out so well.

Day 2 of the week long Easter crafting at PSA Stamp Camp.

Don't forget to follow the link and check out the Easter giveaway package!

I used Sugar 'n Cream yarn in Lime Stripes, Daisy Ombre, Natural Stripes and Country Stripes. I just love the bright these color combination for Easter.

Stuff the egg carefully and massage the fiber so it's evenly distributed. I admit this project took a while but so so worth it.

I saved up an egg tray and repurposing it as a Easter gift box. I used a craft white paint to cover the label. Let it dry for an hour.

I painted a bright yellow and set aside to dry.

While, the last coat of egg carton dries...I prepared my fabric ribbon and stamped a watering can image. I used the PSA Essentials Peel & Stick Topiary Stamp Set.

I wrapped the fabric ribbon around my Easter egg gift box ant that's it! Pretty packaging in minutes.
